I used to workout alot back then before i met my husband , but now i dont really workout and i gaine 30 pnds so hopefully this really helps me out and changes my life! I feel so bad inside my selfesteem went down my cloth doesnt really fit me its a mess!!! I feel so bad ! So im getting these pills today!!! I hope this really helps me! )

@Marissa: 5 meals per day, every 3 hours. Nothing special, i just avoid foods with fat .I’m also trying hard to drink over 2 ltr of water daily.

Hi! I was thinking about trying the acai berry diet. Just wanted to make sure this is a true story! Lol. I’m kinda nervous about trying this diet just because I don’t know anyone’s that’s used it before and if I would have any negative outcome from using it.

@ emaph: No you can’t eat whatever you want and expect losing weight that way! Acai Berry Diet does help a lot but it doesn’t make wonders. Eating healthy, exsercising twice a week, taking acai berry & colon cleanse pills will help to reach your weight loss goals as soon as possible!
